Growing up, I had a real passion for skincare products and trying everything out as well as making my own face masks and having my own at home spa nights. I continued to nurture my love of taking care of and improving skin, and have since become a qualified dermal therapist with years of experience in the beauty industry. I hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics).
I have worked in the industry for over 6 years and I am still just as passionate about learning more every day. Being able to empower people with this knowledge and take them on a real journey brings me so much joy!
Although I treat many concerns such as acne, ageing and pigmentation, acne is definitely where my heart and soul are. I have teenagers come through the door that are self conscious and piling on concealer every day due to embarassment. I have adults come in that are suffering with acne and are so confused because they never had acne growing up. I see people avoid events or holidays because they are worried about people seeing their skin without makeup on, and honestly this breaks my heart. No one should live less of a life because of how their skin looks or feels. This is why I do what I do.

Absolutely! Oftentimes skin sensitivity is triggered by an impaired skin barrier, together we will work on strengthening the skin and reducing sensitivity in order to achieve your skin goals.
It is best to avoid any physical exfoliants for a minimum of 3 days prior to these treatments. Depending on the health of your skin it may also be advisable to stop using any forms of Vitamin A such as retinol for 3 days prior. Please note these treatments are not suitable for anyone using prescription retinoids/steroid cream in the area.
Yes, all peels are designed to start with Level 1 to ensure your skin is able to handle the more intense peels. I work on preparing the skin with you to provide the safest and most effective treatment for you.
No. Facial cupping uses much smaller cups and different in motion techniques to prevent larger marks left behind. In most cases there will be no discolouration left behind at all. In rarer cases there may be slight discolouration in some spots of the skin due to loose/excess skin but this is very uncommon.
Skin needling works by creating micro punctures in the skin, which triggers the skin’s natural healing process. This involves increased skin cell turnover, production of new collagen and the breakdown of old damaged collagen such as scar tissue.
Skin Health Central does not supply numbing cream, should you wish to use numbing cream please purchase and apply your own prior to treatment, following the manufacturers instructions (usually a minimum of 15 mins prior to treatment).
It is best to wait at least 24 hours after skin needling before applying any makeup to the area. Ideally any makeup that you are using should be mineral makeup, if unsure about this I am happy to guide you in the right direction. All skin needling clients will be provided with aftercare advice in their initial consultation too.
I focus on using a scientific approach in all aspects of your skin treatment, instead of getting caught up in all the latest trends. I take pride in creating a unique treatment and experience every time you visit Skin Health Central.
